Governance

The church is governed by the EBC Constitution and Bylaws.

The government of EBC is vested in its members carried out in the Annual General Meeting, Church Business meetings and Elders/Board meetings.

EBC members appoint pastors, elders, deacons and the Church Council, who are jointly responsible for seeking the mind and will of the Lord for the church.

Strategic leadership is entrusted to the Senior Pastors and Elders.

The Pastor

Dan Wasula Wasswa is the lead pastor at EBC.

He is responsible for the overall direction of the church in preaching & teaching the word, pulpit ministry, ordinances, worship and coordinating the five ministries.

He is charged with implementing the strategic plan of the church.

The Elders          

EBC currently has a team of five elders who perform the oversight role as prescribed in the Bible and the church constitution.

Elders also head the five ministries of the church namely – Worship, Prayer, Stewardship, Discipleship & Evangelism.

The Deacons 

Deacons serve to assist in the various capacities to ensure the day-to-day running of church activities and ministry support in administration and management, development and maintenance, finance, planning and advisory.
